In a "warm-up" match at St Vincent Australia 5/200 in 40.5 overs beat England 10/197 in 48.3 overs. It was another of those games where teams are allowed to choose from 13 players (each side used 8 bowlers), so may not count for much (does it count at all in the annals of official ODIs?). Despite this no doubt England would have noted the performances of, among others, Adam Gilchrist, Shaun Tait, Brad Hogg, Stuart Clark and Shane Watson.
